For your information, the quality assured meat served in this restaurant is guaranteed full traceability from farm to plate.
Our prime Scottish beef is bought by our butcher from livestock markets in Forfar and Stirling and also directly from farmers in the East of Scotland.
Our fish is bought daily, almost all are caught in Scottish waters by Scottish fishermen.
